"Kevin Cansler's office cares about their customers in a way I've never experienced with other agents. Insurance can be confusing and policies expensive, even more confusing when you don't understand why your policy costs so much, but Kevin and his team take the time to explain things thoroughly, making sure that you get the most from your policy and are adequately covered. We switched from another agent to Kevin's office out of frustration several years ago and have been more than pleased with the change in agents. His office is quick to action and I personally want to brag on Baylee for her attention to our policy. The communication and helpfulness she provided made our recent experience amazing."
