"I've been with Kevin Cansler State Farm for several years, and I've always had a great experience. The office staff, especially Melinda and Veronica, are incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I call with questions or need assistance. Kevin himself is very accessible and takes a personal interest in helping his customers. While some claims and processes require going through State Farm's corporate systems and online platforms, Kevin and his team do everything they can to help move things along and make the process as smooth as possible. Most recently, during a vehicle claim, Kevin and his team were able to issue a check directly from the local office, which significantly sped up our repair process. That level of customer service and willingness to help is greatly appreciated. If you're looking for an insurance agency that provides personal service and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Kevin Cansler State Farm."
